Great insight Prajakta. I really enjoyed this read, and it gave me bad conscience. I lost my meditation practice a year ago. Before that I meditated each day, but the last year I haven't. But I have also had the most stressful year ever. So this post made me think about my medication again, maybe I should start. And I love the fact that you do this together with your husband. What a great way to make sure you get quality-time together.
