Thank you for this important article tanwrites. It baffles me that people think spamming with unrelated articles will work. Well, maybe it does for some, but for me, it has the opposite effect. I am experimenting with promotion and especially with FB groups, and there is great groups out there ,but it seems like the bigger groups, the more drop-and-run-writers there will be (duh, statistics dude. Yes, but it seems the percentage of d&r writers is bigger). I will take take a group with 50 genuine writers / supporters over a group with 8.5K promoters any day.
