This letter is an attempt to say that we (think we)understand. And to tell you how much we appreciate you sticking with us. Even if we don't always understand why.
Different Worlds
We are all living in the same world. The one defined by societal norms as the real world. But you also have to share this with someone living in several worlds, constantly.
You are dealing with the fact that the worlds we create in our heads always keeps on churning. Suddenly, and often in the midst of a conversation, we run to the computer or pick up our notepads to write.
You are living with a person with a heightened level of selective hearing. Even though we try to be there with you in conversation, the truth is that we’re not always present.
Constantly contemplating how to kill people
You are sharing a bed with someone constantly trying to find new ways of killing people, in spectacular matters. You share the home-network with someone that’s browser histories probably…
